Eligibility
Clients have either been convicted of a gross misdemeanor or a felony. Must be referred by Washington State Superior Court or the Washington State Indeterminate Sentencing Review Board, or be transferred from another state under the Interstate Compact Agreement.

Supervises all adults with felonies that are  
  • Placed on community supervision by the state's Superior Courts,
  • Placed on post-release supervision from a state correctional institution
  • Transferred from another state under the Interstate Compact Agreement.
Provides comprehensive monitoring, programming, training, referrals and other important services to those who have been released from prison, jail, or sentenced directly by the court and are on community supervision.   Specific services include chemical dependency treatment, employment assistance, mental health services and education.
