Provides a wide range of general medical care, immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling services, diabetes testing, sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment, breast cancer screening, tobacco cessation programs, addictions assessment and treatment, and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) eligibility assistance.

Native American culture and spirituality informs treatment model, that is based on the Medicine Wheel, integrating health (wellness), mental health, sobriety, and culture.
