Office: M-F, 8am-4:30pm. Kiosks: M-F, 8:30am-2:30pm.

Visit the website to take the class, or visit the Health Department to use a kiosk (8:30am-2:30pm).   
Fees
Class/Card is $10. Those taking the class online can pay with a Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
