Offers several services that promote long-term tenancy in Pierce County. For the public:
  • Renters Readiness Certification - offers a two part series that covers several important topics for renters. Once both classes have been completed, attendees can receive a certificate that can help boost their rental applications. Classes are free and open to potential renters, landlords, service providers and community members. Visit the website for the class times, subjects, and links for the online presentations.
Participants must attend all three classes to get the certificate
  • Renters Readiness Guide - free, printable booklet that helps a potential renter prepare to locate and move-in to affordable housing.
For Landlords:
  • Landlord Liaison Services - offers a partnership that helps alleviate homelessness in Pierce County, and provides support to the landlords who are working with formerly homeless households. Landlords can visit the website for more information.
