Those that are high school juniors and seniors from Highline Public Schools, and from 22 partner high schools in Highline, Federal Way, Tukwila and Tahoma school districts.

Offers career and technical education programs. Students spend two and a half hours per day in vocational training. The remainder of the day consists of regular high school curriculum.
