Mediation offered at Columbia Basin Dispute Resolution Center

Helps resolve complex issues through mediation in a non-courtroom setting. Offers a respectful, non-adversarial, and flexible way to settle disputes. Mediates family issues such as divorce, property division, custody, parenting plans, visitation, elder care, parent/teen and support issues. Works with landlords and tenants on many types of issues. Assists with disputes involving service agreements, damage, repairs, refunds, warranty issues, replacements, salesperson complaints, billing, withheld payments, noise and parking conflicts.
