King County residents with high medical or mental health needs. Must be 18 years of age or older or 16 through 18 years of age with parental consent.

Conducts outreach in neighborhoods throughout King County. Offers intensive case management services with specialized services for people with greater vulnerabilities and barriers to care, including people with HIV/AIDS, the elderly, and veterans. Partners with NeighborCare and Harborview to provide outreach to clients who need medical attention and mental health resources. Helps people apply for appropriate housing through both the city’s Pathways Home housing plan and through partners. Provides case management to people who are disabled or need extra support to transition into and maintain housing.

Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) provides medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), including methadone or buprenorphine. ETS also provides a variety of innovative and effective recovery support services that aim to transform the lives of individuals and their communities. Our interdisciplinary team of experts provides an evidence-based continuum of care for people with opioid use disorders.
