Expert in outpatient opiate use disorder care for patients with comorbid condition, particularly pain management needs but other mental disorders as well. Provides Suboxone and Vivitrol inductions plus ongoing MAT maintenance Patients are typically induced within 4 business days Will work with those needing pain management and who wish to use MAT in the detoxification process. Can also provide 1:1 co-occurring counseling
