Individuals without medical insurance (not eligible for Apple Health) who are under 65 years old and whose income is below three times the Federal Poverty Guidelines (guidelines below are subject to change, call to verify): $3,765 monthly income for household of 1. $5,110 monthly income for household of 2. $6,455 monthly income for household of 3. $7,800 monthly income for household of 4. $9,145 monthly income for household of 5.
