Office: M-F, 8am-5pm. Emergencies: 24 hours daily

Drop-in or arrive by ambulance.

Fees will vary by services needed.   Accepts Medicare, and Apple Health (Medicaid).   Those with low-incomes and no insurance may qualify for charity care.   Call the billing department for more information.
