Provides professional, confidential mediation services in Benton and Franklin counties for those who choose to resolve their disputes in a non-adversarial and neutral environment. Mediates landlord/tenant disputes, neighbor disputes, family disagreements, divorce issues, parenting plans, domestic property divisions, employer/employee disputes, consumer/merchant disputes, co-worker disputes, citizen/governmental agency disputes, inter-agency disputes, and construction disputes.
