Eligibility
Whatcom or Skagit County residents who:
  • In debt with credit card or other short-term debt over $10k USD
  • Have a recognized disability
  • Are 60 years or older
  • Receive financial aid such as student assistance, HUD, SNAP EBT, Social Security, state social services, tribal assistance, unemployment assistance, or participate in the WIC program
  • Are currently enrolled in college, high school, middle school, or primary school
  • Receive assistance from the VA, participate in military assistance programs, or are on active duty OR
  • Possess a voucher from a partner agency
No restrictions to shop in the thrift store
Hours
M-F, 10am-3pm.

Computers range from $50-200, depending on specifications.

Provides laptops and desktops that have been refurbished. Also sells components, peripherals, and other tech items in its thrift store. All computers are diagnosed, cleaned, repaired, and imaged with a genuine copy of Chrome Flex, Linux Mint, or Microsoft Windows 11 Professional. All configurations come preconfigured with Firefox for web browsing, an email client, LibreOffice (a freeware version of Microsoft Office), a media player, and the Zoom Client for video teleconferencing. All desktops come with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Computers sold to low-income clients come with a limited six-month warranty. Accepts donations of computers.
