Houses incarcerated juvenile offenders and handles in court child abuse victims, truants, and at risk youth.   Offers information and referral, and services include medical care, a diversion program for minor offenders, an extensive volunteer program, and a speaker's bureau.   Offers sex offender treatment, probation diversion, detention, and guardian ad litem services for dependent children who have committed an offense.
