Eligibility
Must meet the following requirements:
  • A pregnant mother or expectant father or
  • Have a children birth to 3 years of age
  • Live in College Place, Walla Walla, or Valle Lindo
  • Meet the federal guidelines regarding low-income family status
Slots are open for over-income families but they are few and come on a first come, first serve basis.

Focuses on promoting and enhancing parent-child relationships by strengthening the parent's knowledge of child's development through home visits, family center activities, and referral to other community resources. Also has a childcare option available for parents eligible for 'Working Connections' childcare through the Early Learning Center at 534 S 3rd Ave, Suite B-103.
