Eligibility
Must be enrolled or eligible for enrollment in Muckleshoot Indian Tribe or be an Indian living on the Reservation as specified in the code.
Hours
M-F, 8am-5pm.
Application process
Visit in person. Contact the court, obtain proper forms (petition, motion, or complaint), and pay a filing fee when filing. E-filing documents can be emailed, but if payments need to be made for filings it must be done in person.

Flat filing fees; other fees depend on the service offered.
