Eligibility
Assists immigrants (including those who are undocumented), asylum seekers or refugees.
Also assists immigrant children who are victims of abuse or neglect.
Generally assists clients under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, but is willing to make exceptions.

Application process
In King County, call 2-1-1 for screening. Once you have been screened by 2-1-1, NWIRP will contact you.
For information about family petition workshops, call the main office.
For all other counties, contact office directly.
Does not offer drop-in services.
Cannot assist clients already represented by an attorney for this issue.

- Applications for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status
- For Afghan immigrants, we assist with OAW Asylee Adjustments
- I-130 Family petitions
- Petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, U-visa, and T-visa
- Other immigration applications, including naturalization
- Applications for renewal/replacement of green cards and work permits
- Representation in removal proceedings
- Initial DACA applications
- Student (F-1) visas or tourist (B-1) visas
- Employment-based visa petitions
- Investor visas
- Questions from employers about immigration
