Eligibility
All of King County except within city limits of Bothell, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, Normandy Park, Renton, Seattle, Shoreline and Woodinville.
Residents in the city of Federal Way should contact C.A.R.E.S. in Burien for animal services.
Residents of Kirkland should contact Everett Animal Services for shelter services.
Residents in the following cities should contact PAWS for shelter services:

- Shoreline
- Woodinville

Shelter: M-F, noon-6pm
Sa Su, noon-5pm.
Non-emergency animal control: Daily, 7:30am-6:30pm.
Public safety emergency response: 24 hours daily by calling 911.

Removal services: Charges for pickup of owned animals. Picks up depending on space available.
Adoption: Fees vary based on age of animal and species.
No charge for most animals loose on public property.
