Located on W Front St near Cherry St past the ferries.
Eligibility
Open to anyone seeking recovery from Opioids. Does not have to be an established NOHN Patient.
Hours
M-Th, 7am-7:30pm. F, 7am-6pm. Sa, 9am-4pm.
Application process
Call or walk into our main office and let the front desk know you want to access service on our OBOT clinic.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, private insurance, and low-cost/sliding scale. NOHN is a Federally Qualified Health Center and will not deny care to anyone based on their ability to pay. We also have sliding fee scale application and depending on household size and income, we can offer up to 100% discount on services.

This program is offered to anyone in the community seeking recovery from opioids. The person does not have to be an already established patient with us. Polysubstance users are welcome. Counseling is offered but is not required to access our services. Provides suboxone, subutex and vivtrol in a medical clinic setting.  Narca also available. Subsolve available through special order and prior authorization. Pts coming off of Fentanyl can receive meds to help with withdrawals. Also offers primary care services if needed, usually faster intake than other pts.  Intake services usually offered within 48 hours of initial phone call.

We offer adult/family medicine, pediatric medicine, and obstetric medicine (including high-risk obstetrics), as well as family dentistry, eyecare, and on-site pharmacy services. Our behavioral health services include an Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program and full psychiatric services, and our Community Resource Navigators are available to help patients with non-medical issues like health insurance enrollment, interpretive services, and food/housing/transportation assistance.
