Offers emotional support, advocacy services, and information and referrals to victims/survivors of drunk or drugged driving crashes.    MADD victim advocates can:
  • Accompany victims and survivors to court
  • Provide information about drunk driving laws and victim rights
  • Help write and submit your victim impact statement to the court
  • Refer to community resources such as Crime Victim Compensation, which may be able to help with certain crime-related expenses
  • Provide referrals to professional counseling, legal representation, support groups, and other essential services
MADD Victim Services provides a wide selection of free literature, available in both English and Spanish.
