Call or visit in person for an intake assessment. An intake will be done to assess the needs and barriers to the youth or young adult.

Offers basic needs services such as hot meals, pantry food, shower, laundry, clothing, hygiene supplies, and use of a landline phone for youth, 13-24 years of age. Provides direct case management services to youth and young adults ages 13-24. Assists with are obtaining identifying documents, life skills training, job searching, food handlers card, move-in assistance, and more. Case manager is mobile and can meet the young person at various locations, such as parks, schools, gas stations, encampments, convenience stores, or any public location.

To break the cycle of homelessness we will engage volunteers, donors, and the community to ensure young people’s basic human needs are met and that they have a safe, stable home; permanent, positive connections; meaningful education and employment opportunities; behavioral and physical healthcare; and supports that reinforce their individual abilities. Serving young people in Yakima County between the ages of 13-24.
