Focus Population

  • Black Americans
Provides support, resource and guidance on homeownership, including to those purchasing their first home. Focuses on Black homeownership in Pierce County. Offers workshops, seminar and one-on-one counseling sessions to help understand the home buying process. Helps clients understand the different financial programs, grants, and low-interest loans available to help overcome financial obstacles. Offers networking events, support groups, and online forums to help aspiring homeowners connect to others who are on a similar path. Allows people a way to share experiences and learn from one another. Partners with real estate agents lenders, and other professionals who are committed to supporting Black homeownership.
