Provides utilities billing charges for water, sewer and garbage services in the city limits of Seattle; charges for water and sewer to some areas beyond the city limits.   Also handles customer service for Seattle City Light customers.

Contracts with private collection businesses to provide garbage, yard waste and recycling collection. Provides solid waste disposal facilities and operates two transfer stations. Offers recycling, composting, drinking water and water quality information, as well as brochures on environmental topics. Provides financial assistance to eligible customers.
