Counseling Services offered by Lakewood Child and Family Counseling PLLC

Lakewood Child and Family Counseling provides online therapy exclusively for adults ages 18 and older with individual therapy. We do not offer counseling services for children, teens, or adolescents. LCFC empowers parents to become active agents in their children's mental health recovery by providing tools to support emotional regulation and behavior change. We focus on repairing attachement bonds, validating emotions, and coaching parents to help their children manage intense feelings and reduce maladaptive behaviors, regardless of the child's age. For nearly two decades, we have supported adults across Washington State navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, overwhelm, depression, and trauma. Our telehealth model means clients receive compassionate, personalized care from wherever they are, no commute, no waiting room, no barriers to getting started. We serve adults statewide, including Vancouver WA, Spokane, Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, and the Tri-Cities area. Our practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent-inclusive, and trauma-informed. We welcome clients using Premera, Regence, First Choice, VA, US Family Health Plan, some Marketplace plans, and Tricare, as well as private pay.
