Provides refugees, immigrants, and limited English proficient community members with employment support, job readiness training, and workforce integration services. This program offers personalized case management, job search preparation, job placement assistance, work experience opportunities, and follow-up support to help participants build skills, find meaningful work, and maintain employment. Services include English language support combined with employment planning, vocational training referrals, access to workshops, employer hiring events, and connections to WorkSource resources. Staff deliver services in culturally and linguistically appropriate ways and can assist youth and adults in setting short to long-term career goals and navigating barriers to employment.
