Provides low-income housing for seniors 62 and older and disabled individuals of any age. Allows pets and has an outdoor picnic area. Some units are wheelchair accessible. Offers immediate project-based Hud Subsidy to reduce portion of the rent to 30% of adjusted monthly income, a section 8 voucher is not needed to receive subsidized rent—income limits apply.
