Provides basic city services such as pet and business licenses, building permits/inspections and planning/zoning information. Permit Counter provides information about permits, application forms, zoning code questions and other development requirements. Building, land use, sign and other permits may be downloaded from the city website.   Offers City Council information. Handles city ordinances and promotes citizen action. Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the city's transportation and stormwater facilities.
