Issues certified copies of Washington State Birth Certificates for births occurring from 1907-present and Death Certificates from 2011-present. Available to anyone who knows all Washington State required information on our birth and death certificate applications.  Provides notarization of paternity acknowledgements.  Directly works with funeral homes to record and review completed death certificates and issue burial transit permits.
