Clients can travel to any of multiple locations around town to secure card, or apply online and have card mailed to home address. Age Friendly Seattle is officially located on 5th Avenue between Columbia and Cherry streets. Multiple King County Metro routes to 5th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Gold Card:
- Seattle/King County/WA residents ages 60 and older.
- Seattle/King County/WA residents ages 18 and older with disabilities.

Gold Card for Healthy Aging:
- Provides people age 60+ with discounts from Seattle area businesses and nonprofit agencies, including theaters, restaurants, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Art Museum, Museum of Flight, and many more!
- Gold Card holders can receive a 50% fee reduction for both pet adoption AND licensing through Seattle Animal Shelter, as well as reduced or waived adoption and spay/neuter fees for dogs and cats.
- Provides people age 18+ who have qualifying disabilities with discounts from Seattle area businesses and nonprofit agencies, including theaters, restaurants, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Art Museum, Museum of Flight, and many more!
