A unique educational system providing instruction and information to the community on a variety of issues via workshops, mass media, demonstrations, 4-H Club Activities, telephone consultation, individual/group meetings and educational bulletins.  Issues include agriculture natural resources, home horticulture, family living, low-income nutrition suggestions and community resource development.
