Eligibility
Active duty or must have been honorably discharged and served on active duty orders (excluding basic training, AIT, drill or annual training) within the past 36 months prior to applying.
The hardship must be due to one of the following:
- Deployment
- Military pay issue
- Military illness or injury
- Natural disaster
- Civil, legal or domestic issues, misconduct, or any issues that are a result of spousal separation or divorce
- Financial mismanagement by self or others, or due to Bankruptcy
