Offers free assistance in developing basic skills in reading, writing, speaking, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, problem solving, and math.  Emphasis is on developing useful knowledge and applied skills, such as financial and health management, parenting and raising a family, and getting/holding a good job.  There are no tests, no grades, and no fees.

Complete first two years of bachelor's degrees; earn degrees/certificates in business, technology, human services, database workers, case managers or allied health care. Earn college credit while in high school, learn English as a Second Language. Take classes for personal enrichment or professional development.
