Eligibility
Must meet all of the following Basic Eligibility Criteria:
  • Demonstrate financial need (for most programs).
  • Be a US citizen or eligible non-citizen and have a valid Social Security number.
  • Be registered with Selective Service (males ages 18-25).
  • Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a regular student in an eligible degree or certificate program.
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress in college or career school.
  • Have a high school diploma or recognized equivalent (e.g., GED, home school, enrollment in an eligible career pathway program).
