Eligibility
Serves kinship families in Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Columbia, Garfield, Asotin, and Walla Walla counties. Kinship families are formed when grandparents or other relatives care for children whose own parents are unable to care for them. The arrangement can be informal and private; in other situations, the local child welfare agency is involved.
