Provides telephone and signaling devices for people who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard-of-hearing, late deafened and speech disabled. Devices include telecommunications equipment (TTYs, amplified telephones, telebraille, etc. ) and signaling alert devices.

Provides free Telecommunication Relay Service. Distributes specialized telecommunications equipment (TTYs, amplified telephones, telebraille, etc.) and signaling alert devices. Regional service centers for the deaf and hard-of-hearing provide free case management and information & referral to community resources.
