-Any enrolled American Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN) of a Federally Recognized Tribe. -Any direct lineal descendant of a federally recognized AI/AN (Parent MUST be enrolled). -Any state recognized Native American or First Nations Tribal Member with a billable insurance.
