Eligibility
Homeownership Class: First time homebuyers and individuals who would like to purchase a home.
Homeowner Assistance: Must be a homeowner to receive mortgage assistance, foreclosing assistance, home loan modification, and mediation services.

Occurs the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of every month.
Homeownership Counseling & Assistance
Supports and works with clients, in the South Sound Region, during hardships that could jeopardize home ownership.
Processes home foreclosures, loan modifications and mediations.
