When traveling on 101 headed south, turn left onto Bogachiel Way. You will see the Hospital sign on the corner of Bogachiel Way and 5th Avenue. Please pass 5th Avenue, and the next left will take you to the Hospital and Emergency Department entrances.

Focuses on serving residents of the West End of Clallam County and West Jefferson County including the cities of Forks, Beaver, La Push, Clallam Bay, Sekiu, Neah Bay, and the Hoh Tribal Reservation.

Provides emergency medical care to those who come to the hospital on their own or by ambulance. Transitions patients to inpatient care if needed. Operates as a Level IV trauma center. Patients with severe injuries are stabilized and transported to a larger trauma center such as Harborview.
