If you live or own property anywhere in Yakima County (except within the city limits of Grandview) you may get a library card with the Yakima Valley Libraries.

Fees
Libraries (YVL) will no longer charge late fines for overdue library materials. Library customers are responsible and accountable for costs to replace materials that are lost or damaged. Fees will be assessed to the library customer to whom the lost or damaged materials were loaned. No fees for using Internet; internet prints are 10 cents/page.

Provides general library services for those living in Yakima County, including: material lending, exhibits, materials for visually disabled, Spanish language material, and weekly story times for toddlers 2-5 years of age. Also delivers and picks up material for nursing homes, retirement homes, and individuals who are homebound. In some instances, mail service is provided.
