Conducts several cancer support groups in King County to help participants express emotions and thoughts that come up in the cancer experience.   Groups include the following:

  • Breast cancer
  • Colon cancer
  • Prostate cancer
  • Oral, head and neck cancers
  • Thyroid cancer
  • Metastatic cancer
  • Young adults with cancer
  • Lymphedema
  • General cancer groups for any types of cancer & for caregivers
Providing organization
Cancer Lifeline
Offers support services for people living with cancer. Provides emotional support through the Lifeline, classes and programs specifically designed for the patient, family members, friends and caregivers. Provides cancer specific and general cancer support groups. Offers financial assistance to low-income cancer patients who are within a three-month window of active cancer treatment.
