Visit our website, click on “File a Complaint” on the right. Click Tab 5 – File a complaint online. To file a complaint online, you will need a Washington Secure Access (SAW) account. Directions are online. You can also download or use the fillable PDF complaint forms that matches the nature of the complaint and mail, fax, or email it back.
