Offers ways to get out, get active and get connected to others who are living in the beginning stage of Alzheimer's or other dementia. Connecting with people who understand helps provide the support, encouragement and inspiration necessary to move beyond the diagnosis. Programs offered include:
  • Guided Art Discussions
  • Memory Cafes
  • Seminars and forums
Not all programs are available in all areas.
