Eligibility
Clients must be ages 55 or older, and live within most of King County and be certified as functionally eligible for COPES. Focuses on serving people receiving WA Apple Health (Medicaid) or Medicare/Medicaid.

Application process
Call the intake representative to be screened over the phone for eligibility.
A tour of the center or a home visit is offered to discuss the program further.
If the applicant wishes to enroll, the intake representative will assist him/her with the paperwork.

Must be on Medicaid (or in the process of applying/spending down) can also have Medicare/ Medicaid.
