Provides family support through its Young Children and Family Programs of the Palouse (YCFP), which offers home visiting and group-based parenting programs for families in Whitman County. Boost Collaborative strives to build on each family's individual strengths and abilities rather than identifying and fixing a "problem." Services are provided at no or minimal cost to families. Offers the following:
  • Parents as Teachers home visits for families with children ages birth to 3 years
  • Nurturing Parenting home visiting for families with children ages birth to 3 years
  • Parenting the Strong-Willed Child home visiting for families with children ages Birth to 3 years
