Juvenile Probation offered at Skagit County - Office of Juvenile Court

Juvenile Probation Officers meet with offender and parents, assure knowledge of their legal rights, and assist them in obtaining legal representation.  They determine classification of the offender, prepare disposition reports, testify in court, maintain records, investigate restitution claims, and provide supervision of juveniles to ensure compliance with court-ordered terms/conditions.
