Offers possible funding and retraining assistance for students who:

are currently receiving or have received Unemployment Insurance in the last 48 months, OR
have separated from the military in the last 48 months or will separate in the next 12 months, OR
qualify as a displaced homemaker, OR
have recently closed a sole-proprietor business OR
are currently employed in Stop Gap employment OR
currently working in a position not in demand or need skills/training/credentials to remain employed.
