Provides several services relating to elections:
  • registering voters;
  • candidates file at this office;
  • designs, prints and distributes ballots and voter pamphlets;
  • processes absentee ballots;
  • tabulates ballots;
  • reports results and certifies elections.
Also performs signature verification checks on initiatives, referendums and petitions.
