Eligibility
Pregnant women and low-income families with children ages birth through 3.
Family is homeless or child is in foster care.
Family is receiving SNAP, or TANF, or SSI.
Income must be at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Families with the highest need are prioritized first.
Must live in/around: Yesler Terrace (Central Seattle), High Point (West Seattle), New Holly (South Seattle), Wilcox Center (South Seattle), Tukwila, SeaTac, Skyway, Burien.
Priority is given to children with special needs.

Provides weekly visits to parents in their homes to encourage them in their role as their child's first and most important teachers. Builds on parent strengths to promote strong parent-child relationships and deepen understanding of child development. Connects families to comprehensive health and nutrition services including developmental and health screenings, family support services and access to group activities.
