Client Information and Navigation offered by Client Assistance Program

Eligibility
Anyone seeking or receiving services through Washington Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Washington State Department of Services for the Blind (DSB), and tribal VR programs. Some independent living programs also qualify. Serves clients with all disabilities. Cannot serve undocumented immigrants.

M-Th, 8am-5pm F, by appointment only.

Call for information or visit website. Client will be sent a release of information form if services from Client Assistance Program are utilized.

Helps people understand and receive services of Washington Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Washington State Department of Services for the Blind, Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation and Centers for Independent Living. Investigates questions and complaints with a client's vocational rehabilitation counselor. Assists clients in appealing decisions made by a counselor if negotiation fails. Teaches clients about their rights and protection under the law, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act. Also provides information and referral to additional resources.
