Eligibility
People who are homeless. Veterans who participate in VA Housing Programs. Services may be declined based on eligibility criteria, missed appointments, service limitations, specific procedures, or funding availability. Reserves the right to refuse service.

M-F, 8am-4pm.

Application process
If you have limited access to the internet, many public libraries, shelters, and resource centers offer free computer or mobile access. A trusted advocate or case worker may also assist you in completing the application. If approved, we will provide instructions for scheduling care with a participating veterinary clinic. You contribute what you’re able at the appointment, and we help cover the remaining eligible costs.
