Eligibility
Customers over the age of 6 with income at or below 80% of the Federal Poverty Level, and who meet these additional criteria:
1. Residence in King, Pierce, or Snohomish counties.
2. Enrollment in one of the following benefit programs:
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)/State Family Assistance (SFA)
- Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA)
- Aged, Blind, or Disabled Cash Assistance (ABD)
- Pregnant Women Assistance (PWA) not WIC or Pregnancy Medical.
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Housing & Essential Needs (HEN)
